This Week: Top Two Favorite US Cities
New York City
In 2008 I decided that I had lived long enough without seeing one of my favorite cities. So, I booked my trip and spent one glorious day in the city! Even though I was by myself, it was still a blast. I woke up bright and early and toured The House That Ruth Built, ate lunch at Serendipity, took a ferry to Ellis Island and saw the Statue of Liberty, and topped it off with The Little Mermaid on Broadway. It was one of the most amazing days of my life. Can't wait to go back!!

Laguna Beach, California
When I was 18, I lived in Laguna Beach as an Au Pair (otherwise known as a nanny) for a little over 3 months. (No, I didn't see the camera crew. Yes, I did see LC) This entire move is a long story. While I didn't enjoy the materialism, the scenery was breathtaking. I'd love to go back one day and visit all of my old favorite spots!
